About Us
We The Parents of Menomonee Falls was formed after we saw what was happening with our children during COVID-19 and the continuous attempts to keep our children masked. During the pandemic, we were able to see as parents what our kids were learning and we were disgusted at what we saw. So we decided to get together with some of the other parents who had the same concerns and We The Parents was formed.
This group is designed to provide important information to Menomonee Falls parents and community members regarding the local education system’s policies, procedures, and content. We will keep you up to date on how your children are being influenced and treated in our school system. We will also educate you on what certain policies and budget decisions will impact you and your family.
We work to:
- Educate parents and the Menomonee Falls community about what is happening in our schools
- Empower parents and community members to take action against harmful ideologies and the sexualization of our children
- Change policy and board makeup to only those policies and board members that will support:
- Increased academic performance
- Fiscal conservatism
- Strong parental choice and opt-out procedures
- Not allowing any material into the schools or classrooms that is not appropriate for the school environment
- Keeping social politics out of the classroom
- Hiring traditional teachers who believe in a foundational education
- Strong security in schools, ensuring our children are safe while at school
- Strengthen community relations
- Transparency of curriculum and classroom materials
- Supporting merit-based reviews for teachers
- Supporting curriculum with unbiased consideration of all viewpoints
- Support classroom materials, supplements, and curriculum that are age-appropriate and factual, using primary source documents whenever possible
We are always looking to bring new people in and there are numerous ways you can get involved. We are a group of volunteers who dedicate time and resources to ensuring our next generation does not grow up illiterate, unable to do basic math, and caring more about protesting fake news stories than getting a good, high-quality education without indoctrination.

Our Focus
Our focus is on educating the community about the issues that truly matter in the schools, engaging parents and community members into action when needed, and working to restore the schools to educate instead of indoctrinate.
Our focus is on supporting and electing school board candidates who will do what is best for students, while maintaining the rights of parents to direct their children’s education. Parents have a right to know what is being taught in our schools and to have input in what is taught and how it is taught. Parents must have a way to opt out of anything in the curriculum that they do not agree with or that conflicts with their family values and beliefs.
Our focus is on exposing the radical ideology and agenda that is being pushed on our children. We will work tirelessly to educate other parents about what is happening in our schools and other schools across the nation. We will push back against immoral and indoctrinating policies. We will work to get our children back to learning core instruction in reading, writing, science, and arithmetic, instead of critical race theory and critical gender theory. We will educate parents, community members, and students about the importance of Patriotism, and the dangers of Socialism and Communism. We will push back against people who try to sexualize our children.

What We Do
Our mission is to inform and educate parents about what is happening in our children’s schools. We work to make sure our children are shielded from harmful content and ideologies while fighting for a high-quality education.
We educate and inform parents about current events and history that are relevant to understanding what is happening in schools today.
We want to make sure parents are equipped with the knowledge to present to the school board. We post quick recaps of board meetings and committee meetings, relevant news articles, videos, podcasts, and anything we find that we believe is important to know. We also want parents to have a broad understanding of the theories behind the agenda that is threatening our kids at school. Make sure to check out our “Educate” page to see more.
We attend school board meetings and speak to the school board to inform them of what is happening in the schools
The school board meeting schedule will be available on our website. We encourage everyone to attend and be informed. If you would like to speak at a meeting, you can email the school board and request to speak board@sdmfschools.org.
Sometimes the school board has no idea that certain things are happening in the schools. If we don’t inform them of what is happening, they can’t begin to change things.
We help to recruit and campaign for new school board members who are dedicated to making education about learning again
We want to make sure we have school board members who are willing to protect our children from harmful content and ideologies that are being shoved down our children’s throats on a daily basis. We must make sure there are board members who listen to parents and will act in the best interest of our children. We must make sure our board members are following true facts and not the “narrative”.
